It’s the time of year at Platinum Club where we start to look back at the past year and start projecting for the following year. The 10,000 ft view is that 2015 will go down as a very strong year from a sales perspective and that 2016 looks to be a good year.
The market remains hyper local and we see no reason for that trend to change, though we are anticipating the hot and cold areas to shift slightly.
The normal seasonal market fluctuations we see each year were much more shallow in 2015. Sales are happening every day of the year and in every season and sellers are justifiably paying less attention to the time of year in determining when to put their home on the market. Getting the home in pristine showing condition is proving more profitable for sellers than rushing it to market before it is truly ready.
Next month I will post our predictions for 2016 and let you know how we did with ours from last year.
It’s a good life.
