When you realize on the 20th that you forgot to get gifts for 2 people! Seriously though folks, this year in particular I’ve had a lot of move up, move down or move away clients that have had needed organizations thrust upon them by the move. I’ve seen some who didn’t need to read and implement this article and some that did (present company included) and let me tell you the ones who didn’t were happier!
