When in Rome…speak Roman! (OK, Latin or maybe Greek)
I’ve sometimes been accused of speaking a different language in the conduct of my real estate career but I think it might be even worse with contractor lingo. Here’s a great article to get you up to speed on the vernacular you will need to be familiar with to have an intelligible conversation with your contractor. I speak “contractor” so call me if you need an interpreter!
